Santa Clara Retirement Foundation (SCMRF) Board and staff members have been working diligently with their nonprofit developer, Charities Housing Development Corporation (CHDC), and an architectural firm on preliminary design plans for the affordable housing development at 90 North Winchester Boulevard in Santa Clara.
