The Santa Clara Methodist Retirement Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit mission-driven corporation, owns and operates two affordable housing developments in the heart of California’s Silicon Valley: Liberty Tower in the City of Santa Clara and Wesley Manor in the City of Campbell. Liberty Tower has unfurnished studio and one-bedroom apartments and Wesley Manor offers unfurnished one-bedroom apartments and modified one-bedroom apartments for persons with physical disabilities. Our communities provide a welcoming environment for extremely low to moderately low income people 62 years of age and persons with disabilities 18 years of age. Liberty Tower and Wesley Manor are federally funded through a property-based Section 8 program by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). |
